送貨及運費 / Delivery and Shipping

送貨安排

  1. 收到有效的訂單後，訂單會安排在一至三個工作日內安排出貨(星期六、日及公眾假期不會安排寄送)。
  2. 出貨後我們會在訂單作出狀態更新並會以Facebook訊息/電郵通知。已註冊的會員只需登入後到My Account就可查閱最新貨品狀況。
  3. 香港運送方式可選：
  • 派送上門：訂單會在寄出後的1-2個工作天內送達。
  • 順豐速運：訂單會在寄出後的1-2個工作天送達順豐站/智能櫃，請在收貨地址內填寫詳細地址或順豐站/智能櫃代號。詳情可參考順豐官網。
4. 澳門運送方式為順豐速運送達順豐站/順豐速運服務中心/順豐服務點，請在收貨地址內填寫澳門順豐站地址或代號。

    訂單$500或以上
    • 免運費派送上門/順便智能櫃或順豐站

      訂單$400-$499
      • 免運費派送至順便智能櫃或順豐站
      • 派送上門 ，運費$40
        訂單未滿$400
        • 派送上門/順便智能櫃或順豐站，運費到付，詳情可參考順豐官網。

         


        澳門運費計算

        貨品會安排送達澳門順豐站後，運費會安排取貨時到付，由順豐收取。

           

          About delivery to Hong Kong and Macau 

          1. For customers choosing SF Express, we will dispatch within  1-2 working days after order is completed. (Orders will not be dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays)
          2. We will notify you through email/Facebook message after dispatch. If you have a customer account, you can check the order status by logging in our webpage. 
          3. For Hong Kong orders, you may choose to deliver by：
          • Door-to-Door Delivery: we will deliver orders to address except islands and buildings without lift.
          • SF Express: we will deliver orders to SF stores / EF lockers. Please leave the detailed address or SF code for pick up in the shipping address. You may refer to SF Express for more details. 
          • For Macau orders, we will deliver orders to SF stores / SF Express Service Centres / SF Service Points by SF Express. Please leave the SF store address or code for pick up in the shipping address. You may refer to SF Express for more details.

            *For shipping paid directly to SF upon pick up: Shipping cost will be calculated according to the total weight of the books ordered and will be paid by customers upon pick up. For details, please refer to SF Express website.
